My work achieves people-centered goals: improve customer experience, employee engagement, and business impact.

Design an vision and experience with mindfulness around connecting people, physical space, and technology.

My leadership and collaboration efforts include work with: Bruce Mau’s Massive Change Network, Walt Disney Imagineering, Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Nomadic School of Wonder, Chicago Design Museum, Service Design Network, Chicago’s Society of Typographic Arts and Rick Valicenti’s Moving Design.
I’m currently working full-time within Humana’s HR team (3/19). I use a service design approach to design the onboarding experience—from application through first year of employment—for associates.
